The regional coordinators
Every region has a coordinator: the point of contact for clubs, coaches and parents. Sometimes one person covers baseball and softball; sometimes each sport has a coordinator of its own. They organise the tryouts and put the selections together.
What a coordinator does
The regional coordinator brings the clubs in the region together, schedules the tryouts, appoints the coaches and submits the selection to the tournament office. During the weekend the coordinator is the point of contact for the teams from the region.
Looking for a club nearby or unsure about your child's league? Then the coordinator of your region in your child's sport is the person you need. Coaches start here too: you do not sign up to coach through the volunteer form, but with your regional coordinator.
Per region
Where the work is split by sport, a ⚾ marks whoever does baseball only and a 🥎 whoever does softball only. No ball means the person covers both sports.

Become a coordinator?
Regions regularly look for a second coordinator, often split between baseball and softball. In the run-up to the tournament expect about half an evening a week; the rest of the year is quieter.
