In the Netherlands, the Little League program is divided into twelve regions. This structure was determined by Little League International in Williamsport, USA. Each region has an appointed regional coordinator, who is responsible for regional policy and serves as the link between clubs, parents, and the national organization.
The main task of the regional coordinators is to ensure that, every year, enough teams are formed for both softball and baseball across all age categories participating in the national championships.
They ensure that the teams are guided by qualified coaches and that all preparations — such as training sessions, team selections, and communication — run smoothly and efficiently.
In addition, the regional coordinators serve as the first point of contact for the clubs and for parents. They provide support, answer questions, and ensure that the Little League program within their region remains well-organized and accessible.
Below you will find the information for the different regions and the regional coordinators responsible for them.
