# Register your player

Register your child for the regional selection. You receive a confirmation of your registration by e-mail straight away. Once registration closes on 1 March 2027, the organisation determines the region and the regional coordinator gets in touch about tryouts, training sessions and practical arrangements.

Registration for season 2027 runs from 14 September 2026 through 1 March 2027.

De persoonsgegevens die je invult worden gebruikt voor de organisatie van het Nederlands Kampioenschap Little League. Gegevens worden gedeeld met de regiocoördinator en het toernooibureau, en waar nodig met Little League International.

Gegevens worden na afloop van het seizoen gearchiveerd en na twee jaar verwijderd.

The home address and the school address decide which region a player may represent. So check carefully that all details are correct before you send the registration.

- The home and school address are checked during the championship. The player has to live or go to school within the region they represent.
- This check is needed to be able to move on to the next tournament if the team qualifies: the Europe/Africa Region.
- If the check shows the details do not meet the conditions, this can mean the team is disqualified and the next team in the standings goes through. On top of that an administrative fine of at least € 500 may be imposed.
- Is the player moving house during the little league period, or changing school? Then check for yourself, in good time, whether that affects the region the player may represent. During the Whitsun tournament all details have to be correct and up to date.

## What happens after registration?

1. 1 **Register** — Enter the player, parent or guardian, club and school details.
2. 2 **Region check** — Home and school addresses determine which regional coordinator sees the registration.
3. 3 **Tryouts and training** — The region schedules tryouts and training sessions and explains what is needed next.
